What makes La Casita Sensory products different?
Our products are created to turn sensory play into little worlds made for play. We combine handmade elements, personalized details, sensory materials, and 3D-printed play pieces to create hands-on experiences designed for imaginative and open-ended play.
Are your products handmade?
Many elements of our products are handmade, including our playdough, and every order is individually assembled and prepared by us.
Our 3D-printed pieces are produced in our La Casita Sensory studio. Some designs are created by our family, while others may be produced from designs that we are authorized to use commercially.
What materials do you use for your 3D-printed pieces?
Our 3D-printed pieces are made using carefully selected, high-quality PLA (polylactic acid), a bio-based polymer commonly produced from renewable plant-based resources.
We prioritize quality, consistency, durability, and available material safety and compliance documentation when selecting our filaments.
What ages are your products recommended for?
Age recommendations vary by product.
Most of our sensory products are recommended for ages 3+ because they may contain small parts. Some larger pretend-play products designed without small components may be recommended for ages 1+.

Ordering & Personalization
Can I personalize my order?
Yes! Personalization options vary by product and may include names, custom text, playdough colors, color combinations, themes, or other details.
Available personalization options are shown directly on each product page. Please review all information carefully before submitting your order, as changes may no longer be possible once production has begun.
Can you create a theme that isn't currently on your website?
Absolutely! We love creating new Little Worlds.
If you have a theme or idea that you don't currently see in our shop, contact us before ordering. Custom requests are subject to design feasibility, material availability, quantity, our current production schedule, and your event date.
How long does it take to make my order?
Our standard processing time is 5–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
Processing time includes the time needed to create, personalize, 3D print when applicable, assemble, inspect, and package your order. Shipping transit time is separate.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush production may be available depending on the product, quantity, customization required, our current production schedule, and your event date.
Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can accommodate your deadline and provide any applicable rush service fee.
Rush production and expedited shipping are separate services. Selecting faster shipping at checkout does not shorten our standard processing time.
